Privacy notice
Last updated:
This notice covers the Neuralex website, its waitlist, partner access and enquiries sent to our team.
Who handles your data
Neuralex OÜ is responsible for the personal data described here. Our address is Sepapaja tn 6, Lasnamäe linnaosa, 15551 Tallinn, Harju maakond, Estonia. Contact [email protected] about your data or this notice.
When you join the waitlist
We collect your name and email address. You can also leave your company, phone number and a message. These extra fields are optional. Without a name and email address, we cannot add you to the list.
We save your signup details and the signup time in our database. We send you a confirmation email and notify our team of your signup. If you sign up again with the same address, we keep one record and may resend the confirmation.
We use these details to manage your place on the waitlist and contact you about the launch you signed up for. Joining does not subscribe you to a separate newsletter or give us permission to send unrelated marketing.
We rely on your consent to run the waitlist. To leave it, reply to a waitlist email or write to [email protected]. Withdrawing consent stops future waitlist messages; it does not affect processing that was lawful before you withdrew it.
When you contact us or browse the site
If you email us or submit an enquiry, we use the contact details and message you provide to respond and handle follow-up questions. Website enquiries are saved in our database and emailed to our team. We also send a confirmation to the email address you provide. Our basis is our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries, or taking steps at your request before entering a contract.
Our servers and delivery providers receive technical information such as your IP address, requested page, browser information and request time. We use request records and temporary limits to deliver the site, investigate errors and prevent spam or abuse. This serves our legitimate interest in keeping the service available and secure.
The product demonstrations use example data. They do not connect to your cameras or security systems. We do not use this website to make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on you.
When you use partner access
Partner access is arranged directly by our team. If we create an account for you, we store your name, email address, account status and a protected password record. We also store the information needed to verify your authenticator, recovery codes and sign-in sessions. We use this information to provide the access agreed with you and to protect it from unauthorised use.
We send account setup and password recovery links to your email address. Sign-in pages use essential security cookies. Temporary attempt limits and records of authentication outcomes help us prevent abuse and investigate problems. These records do not include your password, authenticator codes or recovery links.
Account details are kept while your partner access is needed. When that access ends, we disable it and handle deletion requests through [email protected]. Disabling an account ends its sign-in sessions; it does not immediately erase its account record.
Optional website analytics
If you allow analytics, we use Google Analytics to measure visits, returning browsers and engagement with the public website. Google receives a browser identifier, the public page address, device and browser information, and technical information needed to process the request, including your IP address. This helps us understand how the website is used.
Analytics relies on your consent. It stays off until you allow it. We do not send the contents of waitlist or enquiry forms, partner account details, or private page addresses to Analytics. Advertising features are disabled.
You can reject analytics or withdraw consent in the cookie notice. Withdrawing stops future collection and removes this site’s Analytics cookies from your browser. It does not erase information already processed by Google; contact [email protected] about a data request.
Who receives it and where it is processed
Our team can access the details needed to manage the waitlist and answer enquiries. We also use hosting, website security and email providers to operate the service. Our waitlist database is hosted on our infrastructure in the European Union. Google delivers our outgoing email, and Cloudflare handles traffic to our public website.
Google also processes website analytics when you consent. Email, analytics and network services may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Google describes its transfer arrangements in its data transfer information; Cloudflare describes its arrangements in its privacy policy. Contact [email protected] for information about the safeguards that apply to your data.
We do not sell personal data or share signup details with advertisers. We may disclose information when a legal obligation requires it or when needed to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist records while we are preparing and sending the launch communications you requested. We remove them when you ask to leave or when that purpose ends. Joining a waitlist is not permission to keep your details for an unrelated use.
Google Analytics retains event data for two months and user data for 14 months. New activity can restart the user-data retention period. Aggregated reports may be kept longer.
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to answer it and complete the related follow-up. Security records are kept for the period needed to investigate faults or abuse. If a legal obligation or dispute requires a record to be kept longer, we limit its use to that purpose.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to access, correct or erase your data, restrict its use, or receive a portable copy where that right applies. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent at any time.
Send requests to [email protected], preferably from the address you used to contact us. We may need to confirm your identity. We normally respond within one month; if the law allows more time, we will explain why within that month.
You can complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate or the data protection authority where you live or work.
